OK for apocalyptic, "end of...

Liked: I am a business traveler who needed to book a room in Denver at the last minute. Due to a concert, there were only a few rooms available anywhere. Usually Quality Inns are OK, but this hotel needs a complete teardown. Stains and damage everywhere, only small hand towels in bathroom (stains on towels). No blankets on the bed, only a sheet. AC did not work. The security latch on the door was hanging loose.
Disliked: Just about everything was in bad condition - except the staff members were very friendly.

Liked: Breakfast was OK, need some fruit or toast. Something more. Coffee was gross and shouldn't come out of a box.
Disliked: Didn't like that I asked for a kitchenette and didn't get one.

We complained to the office and the one that was there the night of May 4Came and told him to turn it down at 11:00 pm . He didn’t turn it down so at 11:30 pm we called the office again and she told us we could call the police.We did and they didn’t respond until the next morning. Worse Experience ever .

Liked: I got most of the money back .
Disliked: You guys charge me for the night . And I was never in the room for more than five minutes , because It was the wrong room . And to make matters worse, we repeated that for the next 45 min. and 3 different rooms later. All that, just to not have a room to stay in at the end of the night and get charged for it .

Disliked: I didn't like there were people doing drugs and how loud the guests were. The staff tried blaming us
