Unpleasant experience!

Liked: The staff was friendly and location was good. It was a decent price charged.
Disliked: Cleanliness was lacking with mold all over the shower seat. We told the staff but NO ONE came in to clean it even after we had showed them how bad it was. It made the bathroom smell as well. This was supposed to be a "king suite" but there were NO chairs to sit in except ONE office chair and a narrow path to move from the bathroom to the sleeping area because the whirlpool in the room took up about 1/3 of the floor space with furniture lined up side by side along the wall leaving a narrow path to walk to the bed. Poor excuse for a "suite". The whirlpool tub had spiders crawling in it on the day we checked out. No one checked to gather up wet towels during our stay. It took us three requests to get a roll away delivered to our room and the breakfast was NOT hot and the counter was sloppy & soiled and not kept clean up during food service time! The person attending the food cleanup did not use gloves when handling food items either after wiping up the soiled counter.
