Very good

Liked: Breakfast was decent and the hot items changed the 2 mornings we were there which is nice. Great pool waterslide for kids of all ages (we had ages 4 through 16) and lifeguard on duty when waterslide operating. Called hotel directly afterwe made our booking for 2 rooms to request adjoining rooms and they were able to accommodate our request.

Loved this place.

Liked: Breakfast was very disappointing. Rubber egg patties, tasteless "meat" patties Extremely slow toaster.
Disliked: When booking the rooms (2) I indicated both rooms to have 2 queen beds. One room had only1 queen bed Reluctantly we were given a room with 2 beds as well.

Disliked: Biggest disappointment was how noisy the air conditioner was. It was very noisy.

Disliked: I booked online before traveling to this hotel. when we got here we were told that it wasnt a pet friendly hotel. yet when i booked online it asked if we had a pet. and i did have a lil pup our family dog. therefore my husband had to sleep in the van cause we didnt' want the pup to be alone. this was very unsettling and i could not get a refund cause we checked in late at night

Not what we expected

Liked: The location was very convenient. My daughter enjoyed the pool with slide.
Disliked: The exterior grounds had garbage strewn about, the hot tub was not clean, ice machine was out of order, and the breakfast was disappointing. The lighting in the room was terrible, and the A/C unit sounded like it was about to explode! The view from our room was of a loading dock for a neighboring business. We expected a higher quality of care considering our basic room cost almost 300.00 for one night. First and last stay at a Quality Inn!
