The worst stay ever the...

Liked: Nothing the staff were disgusting and had the worst attitudes I said excuse me to one of the staff n she glared at me and didn’t move
Disliked: Everything I hate it.

Liked: Bed very comfortable.
Disliked: No Mouthwash in room, no bottled shampoo, no little touches very basic. The heater was is placed right under the window so it blows the curtains up and holds all the heat near the window. And is constantly letting the light in.

Would stay here again

Liked: Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet
Disliked: Breakfast room very small and crowded. Good breakfast if you could fight your way through the crowd to get it. Waterslide only open select hours.

It’s was ok but certain...

Liked: Poor water pressure in shower, toilet had issues with flushing when front desk contacted was told maintenance could not be there for at least 4 hours as they do not start until noon. Rooms very dark. Pull out couch extremely springy and not comfortable for the kids. Front staff generally helpful. Housekeeping very helpful and friendly

Exceptional

First time to stay in...

Liked: Very professional and approachable staff, pool is adequate size for our family with waterslide, breakfast was great, checking in and checking out was a breeze. Hotel located in a perfect location (close to mall, restaurants, etc.)
Disliked: Found a strand of hair in the toilet (that's a first for me), use of waterslide is scheduled: only available from Friday to Sunday within indicated time frames.
