Poor service
Liked: Dear Hotel Management Team,I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service my husband and his friends received during their recent attempt to check in at your hotel.I had made a reservation for them in advance, and I have the booking confirmation number: [insert your booking number here]. The booking was confirmed, and the amount was successfully charged from my card.Due to their demanding work schedule, they were only able to arrive at the hotel around 3:00 AM. They were extremely tired, having worked for over 15 hours, and were looking forward to some much-needed rest. However, upon arrival, they were told by the receptionist that there was no such booking in the system.Despite showing the confirmation details, your staff refused to help and claimed there was no reservation. This situation was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The booking was confirmed and paid for — yet they were denied a place to stay because of an error or negligence on your side.This is completely unacceptable. Your staff should have handled the situation with more care and professionalism. People who have been working hard deserve to be treated with respect and understanding, not dismissed in the middle of the night due to poor internal communication or lack of attention.I kindly ask you to look into this issue seriously. I expect a proper explanation, and I believe compensation is in order, given the inconvenience and stress caused by your employee’s failure to provide the promised service.I hope your team will reflect on this experience and take the necessary steps to improve customer service moving forward.Sincerely,Violeta Poida

Liked: The unlimited beverage machine available for guests.
Disliked: No pool. Hoping that breakfast hours can be extended till 10 am instead of 9am.

Disliked: I have done 3 cross country trips (currently on my 4th) for work and I only use booking.com. each hotel was able to give me a receipt at the end of my stay. This hotel said they can't because I booked through booking.com
