Disliked: Staff is not very friendly. Pool open at 11 am when asked? Check out is at 11Am. No time to enjoy that if you’re coming late in the day. Room was dusty and smelled like wet carpet. Toilet was not well cleaned.

Liked: The hotel was great for the cost! The breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast. Didn't go to the pool, but it looked nice. The beds are comfy. The waffles are good!
Disliked: There was a smell in the hotel & in the room. There was no gym like the website said there would be.

Liked: The breakfast fell far short of expectations, lacking the warmth and freshness promised on the website; it resembled more of a hasty grab-and-go affair. The entire experience was marred from the moment I stepped into the room. There was an unsettling odor lingering in the air, and the furniture was in dire need of attention, with unsightly stains marring the bed, sofa, and carpet. The paint was peeling in the shower, a clear indication of neglect. The air conditioning struggled to function, leaving the room uncomfortably warm, and the plumbing issues only compounded the discomfort. Overall, the entire experience felt excessively overpriced and was simply unacceptable.
Disliked: It is essential to provide comprehensive training for front desk staff, ensuring they are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills to authentically promote the offerings highlighted on our website. It's important to foster an atmosphere of honesty, where we genuinely convey the experiences and services we provide, rather than misleading potential guests.
