Exceptional
Liked: The staff were great, the rooms were super clean! The breakfast they provided was wonderful! Definitely will come back and stay if i'm near the area! The pool was also super clean, warm and so much fun!

Convenient and comfy.
Liked: The location is great for my trips to Abingdon. The staff is very friendly, and the facilities are clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing!
Disliked: The shower was awful. The shower head barely worked. After playing with the steam door several seconds, it finally got me wet, but that was about it. I got wetter during the rain storm!

Poor
Disliked: The remote didn't work for the TV even after replacing the batteries. There was NO hot water for a shower and the breakfast was completely cold including the coffee

Comfortable and central location.
Liked: Breakfast was good and served til 10 which is nice. Coffee and water available. Comfy beds.
Disliked: It was fine. No complaints.

Superb
Liked: Room 214 is super, a comfortable bed, excellent AC, very roomy bathroom, fridge that keeps drinks cold, & premium channels plus Syfy. The breakfast is super too, with a lot of choices. I wish the pillows were just a bit firmer.
