Disliked: You can’t look outside because the only window is on the corridor. Also, the room is kinda old with stairs and no elevator.

Liked: The location was great. Close walking distance to the falls, 10 mins, and Clifton hill, 3 mins. Close to many places to eat, including a restaurant connected to the hotel. Breakfast spread was wonderful with lots to choose from. Cereal, toast, sausage, eggs, waffles, yogurt, juices, and fresh fruits.
Disliked: The halls are showing their age but our room was updated and looking wonderful.

Quality Inn Niagara Falls Ontario...

Liked: The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: I didn't like that I kept seeing little worms on the floor and after we checked out we was charged by the hotel 2 extra charges, we didn't realize it until we got to New York City but I paid for 2 nights on the app then when we checked out on July 4th we was charged $15 something but it's since been removed but was charged a $33.91 charge for some reason.

Disliked: Bad smell, unclean room, pictures on website on the actual way it looks like on sight. Though staffs are good but the hotel isn't worth the value for the money paid. I got a refund because I can't sleep in such a terrible room I was given. The rating should be 1star.

Paid for a hotel but...

Liked: Breakfast was likely the best part. It was not bad and basically it was what I'dexpect....
Disliked: A family of 4, with our 4 year old and 6 year old were essentially sent to a motel across the parking lot, with two separate sets of stairs that were rusted out and blocked off. The room had no phone extension, no alarm clock... no cable TV... come on. We paid for a hotel and got a cheap motel....
