Quality Inn and Suites

Rooms need TLC!

Liked: Good location to the falls and helpful staff.
Disliked: Beds are very uncomfortable. Was initially put into a room and the bed felt like a box spring. I spoke with the front desk staff she was very helpful and changed my room for me which was really appreciated but unfortunately that bed in the other room wasn't any better. I think maybe it is time for you to update your mattresses in your hotel because the comfort of a bed really makes someone stay pleasant.

Niagara Falls Suite

Liked: Hotel needs a face lift. No drawers to put clothes in, closet very small, no safe, pool undesirable environment. Expected more amenities from a suite.
Disliked: Friendly staff, very accommodating. Breakfast staff was helpful and accommodating.

Liked: We had a Quality time and Quality service at this Quality Inn ... Experience was very good and pleasant. Helpful, smily, and excellent staff ... they even upgrade our room.Spacious and clean Double-Queen room.Comfortable and clean beds.Quiet and safe.Delicious breakfast.
Disliked: The only 3 downs are:The swimming pool area was not warm enough but not that bad, I also expected that the water should be a bit warmer for an interior pool.Also, the fitness center is small with only 2 machines; in addition, there were no chairs inside to sit down and relax.Finally, the Parking is a bit expensive, $20 + tax a night.

Liked: How close it was to walk to the falls
Disliked: The hallway leading to the pool was iced cold and how couldn’t bring the towels back to your room even though that hallway was so cold. There was a tub and shower in our room but it didn’t have the use of using the bathtub portion of it. So the kids couldn’t take a bath and one of them isn’t that age to be able to take a shower. There was mixed answers based on the answers I was seeing people ask In the questions, mainly to do the the deposit. Some answers saying the use of debit cards can be used but only if it’s a debit visa and not a debit Mastercard. Some saying cash is accepted when it is not. It’s like I book it through a third party and paid through them and I couldn’t change my hotel due to the fact I already pre paid for it.

Disliked: We did not like how we had to switch rooms twice during our stay. We also did not like how uncomfortable the beds were. The first room we were in was perfect and exactly what we ordered and what we wanted but once we switched rooms because the TV broke the room was not what we booked and it was not good.
