Disliked: The page said pet friendly so once arriving I was told they wasn't which end up costing me 100$ more to get a decent room at the last minute . Really put me in a financial struggle all because someone wasn't doing their job right

Liked: The room is spacious, and the bedding is satisfactory. The facility is also strategically located and can be easily accessed. Further, it has a sizable parking space.
Disliked: The room was full of cockroaches and other insects. Also, the breakfast is not satisfactory; for instance, hot water is not usually refilled once exhausted. Further, seemingly, the Management of the hotel is more concerned about making profits than customer satisfaction.

Liked: I liked the price for a 1 night stay. The sheets and pillows were soft.
Disliked: There were homeless people and questionable looking guests hanging around outside and/or in the lobby area. Checking in was great, however, once I made it inside of my room I had to kill 3 roaches, the fridge did not work, the toilet seat had burn marks on it, & the room had a stench of stale smoke. Also, the covers are very thin like a sheet. Hardly provided much warmth in the bed.

Disliked: A few bugs in the restroom but they only came out when the light was off and at night.

Liked: Nothing. Horrible stay. Worst bc not was for work and there was no reprieve after a long days work…
Disliked: Roaches, mold, holes in the floor, bathroom floor falling apart, front office staff Mike, the homeless walking around the parking lot, overall tho place is filthy! This has ruined staying at another Quality inn ever again. Oh and the room I booked a whole week prior was not even available when I checked in so what was the reason for booking ahead?? Cause there was no difference in the price I paid on booking vs the price at the hotel.
