Liked: Cynthia was an outstanding hostess. Rodney was also outstanding. We will be back.
Disliked: Ladder in the pool is dangerous. Need to sink stairs for us old folks to get in and out of pool.

Liked: I stay here routine me I stay here routinely because of the location and pool and hot tub. The bathrooms need renovated pretty desperately, but they do everything else well. Except the coffin. I keep telling them to put some coffee in the coffee I mean really there’s no coffee in the coffee ever. Like it’s the color of tea. Green tea. But overall, I have very enjoyable stays there!

Liked: Breakfast was good. I would prefer milk cartons instead of a pitcher.
Disliked: We were having too many issues with our key cards not working. We were locked in our first room.

If you can get past...

Liked: We did not have the time to get breakfast so I can't judge. The front desk staff was always available, morning and evening so that was a positive for this location. The location was good with easy access to main roads and next to other hotels and restaurants.
Disliked: We were disappointed with the access to the room. The elevator was questionable and sometimes the door took an extra couple of minutes to close. The card key to our room did not work and we had to have the keys reset, and then still did not work as they should. This was very frustrating in the evening after a long day in the heat and humidity, when we just wanted to get in our room.
