Disliked: Horrible experience. I booked this hotel through Booking.com at 11:45 PM, just a few hours before I planned to arrive at 4 AM. I even messaged the hotel about my check-in time and contacted their support before booking to confirm it would be okay. Despite all that, when I reached the hotel at 4 AM, the front desk refused to check me in.They claimed that since I didn’t arrive by midnight, they marked me as a “no-show” — even though check-in is supposed to be from 3 PM to 12 PM (next day). Instead of honoring the reservation I had just made and already paid for, they forced me to pay for another full night to stay for just a few hours.In the end, I was charged for two full nights even though I stayed only 7 hours. This is nothing but a scammy and unfair system. I also tried to resolve this by calling Booking.com support, but got no real help. Very disappointed. Never booking here again.
