Disliked: We checked in with Chris! He was not helpful! His arrogance does not make him a good ambassador for the hotel. It is obvious he hayes his job

Liked: I could not use stairs, so she gave us a ground floor room. It was kind. It was very clean and comfy. Staff very helpful
Disliked: It seemed to be a scary neighborhood. My family was very nervous.

Liked: Set up in the room. Cold water in the lobby to drink. Full size refridgerator in the room was very nice. Wish I would have known this before I arrived. Appreciated the free breakfast. Apparently, many of the more expensive hotels in the area charged for breakfast. It made it much easier to have had breakfast there when having to drive back and forth from Mayo Clinic every day.
Disliked: The water could have been softer. Doesn't lather up in the shower. Vending machine had poor choices and was close to being empty. Wish breakfast would have included a variety of fruit (only one provided), more than one choice of cold cereal, and almond milk for those of us who do not drink regular milk.
