Everything was great!

Liked: Great stay.

Disappointed

Liked: Location was on the beach, which was nice.
Disliked: Common area rugs were pulled up and walls were stripped. The hallways made the hotel appear abandoned. The room itself was not carpeted and a strong offensive oder was present in some of the common areas.

We will NEVER stay there...

Liked: The breakfast was decent. Ocean front room.
Disliked: We had to pay an extra $20.00 to park in their parking deck that was across the street. The curtain in our room was broken and the manager Deepa Sharma and the front desk person, Lora would not send someone to fix the curtain to the sliding glass door and told me I could check out. This was the worst customer service I have ever run across. They did not value me as a customer and would rather me and my husband check out then fix the curtain. We will NEVER stay there again or recommend this hotel to anyone. I will let everyone know about the unreasonable price to pay to park that is across the street and the HORRIBLE customer service Quality Inn has.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable and loved the ocean view!
Disliked: Breakfast selection wasn’t the best. No protien. The hotel was under construction so it was loud. I read on the website that you could book it as long as you’re 18, that’s why I booked this hotel. When we got there they said you had to be 21 so we had issues with checkin. They also don’t allow ANY early checkins. And I didn’t like that we had to pay $50 for parking

Affordable Oceanfront

Disliked: Front desk staff doesn't seem happy to the customer.Work being done to common areas very unpleasant to the eyes

Horrible stay

Liked: It was.Not very clean.We couldn't go on the balcony because the door squeaked.We didn't dare to open it.We couldn't open the curtains to look out the windows because they were broke.The ice machine made a noise.The air conditioner made a noise.It was just a plane, terrible stay.The pool was closed.It was construction going on and I was never told aware of this
Disliked: I asked the manager for a refund because my vacation was based on these 3 nights at this hotel with my daughter enjoying the balcony and the view in the pool, none of which happened.

Disliked: no on site parking, $10 parking fee to park in parking garage across the street, on-going remodeling, elevators weren't operational, pool closed due to the remodeling, room charges should have been heavily discounted
