Quality Inn And Suites North/Polaris

This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. There was dirt, and trash in the stairwells; the rooms were old and the walls disgusting. Blood stain on the blanket on one of the beds and the linens were dirty. We paid $115 for one night - I have stayed at hotels for half that price that were nicer. We will NEVER stay here again - or at any of their hotels. For an extra $15 dollars we could have stayed at a full service hotel - LESSON LEARNED!

Liked: Breakfast was fine. White girl working the front desk was very helpful & considerate. Others not so much.
Disliked: Location of our room was right off the lobby. Too close for comfort too noisy. Room was a bit rundown. Bed sat way too low. Felt like we weren’t a very important guest by all but 1 person

Disliked: Key card doors may need updated as I had trouble multiple times getting in the side doors at night
