Make sure you pay before you travel instead of at the hotel.

Liked: The location was great and the staff were super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: 1. The room smelled musty. 2. We had lots of gnats in the room. The front desk gave us vinegar in a cup to place in the room. I noticed they had the cups of vinegar in the breakfast area as well. We ended up going to Home Depot and getting gnat spray and gnat traps for our room. 3. We arrived 1 day early and were able to get a room, we were charged for the room correctly. However, the next day the front desk said we would not have to do anything and could just stay in the room we were in for our reserved stay of 4/4 to 4/7. Well they ended up charging us for a No Show and charged up for a total of 1306.00 in extra charges. Thoses charges are showing to come out of our balance but are still pending. I was told the extra charges would be taken off but I have yet to receive them taken off. Hopefully tomorrow morning when I check my bank information I will see the correction.
