Disliked: Broken air conditioner leaking on floor mold smelling water pockets on ceiling because of water damage dog shit not pick up had to clean other dogs poop so my dog can use it just a nightmare all around

Disliked: Price should go down due to:Shower not working properly. Not told keys to room deactivated by phones until 3rd setJaquzee and pool was either closed early close at night and late open in am( so dont expect to use it if u have other things to do during day )or fenced off with yellow tapeI could've paid half the price at the hotel down the street for same quality so that where im going next time

Initial appearance was very nice,...

Liked: The hotel was good. Very nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the entire night, there were people and kids running back and forth, talking and laughing loudly. Also, homeless people were loitering around the breezeway in front of our door, and building. Our room was on an outside entrance.
Disliked: Homeless people loitering in front of our door and two doors away from us. Also, a lot of noise, people outside of our door laughing and talking loudly, and I couldn’t sleep and felt very unsafe.
