Liked: The size an set up of the room .
Disliked: My room wasn't ready inhad to wait for one to be cleaned when I got to room it smelled awful there were no hot water in my room it would not get warm..

Liked: From the very moment I made contact with the facility the front desk was very helpful and polite. Her pleasant attitude makes you feel comfortable immediately.
Disliked: In my room 102 , the ac did not seem to cool off.

Great. Comfortable, great swim, just...
Liked: The pool..it was really the only reason I went. That and the bess are super comfortable..
Disliked: The price I though was a bit much.

Liked: Location was good. Price was good.
Disliked: Breakfast was ok but just continental and could have had a little more selection. They don't allow pets.

It was alright.
Liked: The shower was amazing. The a/c blow just right.
Disliked: The bed could have been better. An I did not like the two bugs that we had to kill in our bed.

The Staff was very nice...
Liked: The only thing available was bananas, apples, yogurt, cereal and some kind of pastry.
No milk, juice was watered down.
No omelette mix or eggs were offered and due to the virus, we would have had to eat it in our room. We ate at IHOP.
Disliked: Finding out that a guest had the virus and that the staff suspected it but didn't say or do anything until after they checked out. Being charged for a continental breakfast that was advertised and not getting it. AC unit working when it wants to. Swimming pool dirty and unavailable.

Nice place but deposit is...
Liked: Other than that the staff, facility, and all else was nice I must say. There was no breakfast but that's fine and understood because of COVID, check out was simple and I did get my money back. I think they should let people know when booking if it's cash pay what the deposit is it takes away from things u can do once u there having to pay that high of a deposit, just my thought.
Disliked: I didn't like that the deposit was 100.00 dollars, don't get me wrong they did give it back but because I was cash pay that's to high I don't trust using my card in with certain things rooms being one for some of the people that work there, excuse me not all but some people can't be trusted I've stayed in better places with less cash deposit than that.
