Quality Inn and Suites Ashland near Kings Dominion

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. breakfast was great. coffee all night. The location was good not far from Kings Dominion and plenty of eating places. also was given early check-in. The lobby was beautiful and free time to play mini golf .
Disliked: There was no pool, but it was still a nice setup .

Disliked: Could give more wash clothes when ever I stay there

Disliked: Room smelled like mildew. It was very damp.

Liked: Didn't eat there
Disliked: The rooms were appeared clean but upon careful inspection they were not. There are hair in the shower and sink. The mattresses in both rooms had multiple stains on them and small black dots. We did wait to see if they black dots moved. We informed the front desk of our findings and left immediately. I will not book at Quality Inn and Suites. This is not my first deplorable outcome with this franchise. Never again, the"quality" left and has not returned.

Power went out not good

Liked: Breakfast good needs bacon also everyone doesn't eat sausage.
Disliked: Woke up to find power off which means no air at 95 degrees Had dogs very uncomfortable. Should be reimbursed

Liked: Super easy check in and out. Very comfy bed. Friendly staff. Only 10-15 mins from Kings Dominion.
Disliked: They did not have bacon with their breakfast.
