Staff needs more training and...

Liked: Staff were very nice. Hotel was quiet .
Disliked: I was unimpressed with the housekeeping protocol. I had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper daily as well request my trash be taken out. I was told by front desk staff that I'm required to request a full service cleaning. I've never heard of such a policyAs a paying guest room service should simply be a given not a request. Especially when working long hours ECT... The carpet in my room had not been vacuumed not even once in my 3 week stay and I've had to change my bed linens 3 times. Staff did not even apologize for the incompetent housekeeping staff nor provide any compensation for my efforts. So yeah after working, moving, yada yada, I'm a little agitated.Perhaps a training session is a good place to start. Possibly mandate a dress code or issue uniforms for the staff, to bring a higher level of professionalism.That is allTrina Risch

Liked: The issues were addressed reasonably and quickly.
Disliked: There were bugs, the sheets were stained and ripped with both yellow and gray stains, the curtain was ripped, there was dust everywhere, and different parts of the wall and ceiling were coming apart.We were reassigned a room, however it still had bugs (in the bathroom), some stains on the duvet, and dust everywhere.I wouldn't recommend that you stay here.
