Absolutely terrible experience and I honestly can say I don't have anything good to say about this hotel. Everything was filthy; it smelled like smoke; the carpet was coming up; the corner of the bed was broken; the trim/carpet was falling off the wall; the dresser drawer was hanging off; there was BLOOD all over the carpet; there was a box of Mike and Ike's under the mattress; the bed had dirt or bug droppings, hair and stains. I didn't complain because I knew moving to a different room would not fix the problem because it appeared the whole place was filthy and falling apart. I rented 2 rooms and would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

We had read ahead of time the negative comments about the train noise but we didn't think it was an issue. Only noticed it once during the night. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. They said it was over at 10:00 but they kept bringing out more food for latecomers. Room was clean and well appointed. Desk crew was friendly and helpful. We owned a motel in Boulder for 30 years so could be critical, but honestly found nothing to complain about. Only our stampede experience was disappointing.

Liked: The bed was very comfortable.And the staff was very polite and helpful
Disliked: I didn't like how dirty the room was and I couldn't get no hot water .There was cobwebs all in the ceiling , there was food Crumbs all over the floor and there was a plastic fountain drink cup under the bed and this was all seen by me the first two minutes that I entered the room .They for sure need new housekeepers because it's plain too see they didn't clean my room prior to me checking it .

Liked: Nothing. Has to be the worst hotel in Greeley.
Disliked: Everything. The carpets were filthy, the room itself wasn't swept and the manager on duty was overwhelmed with duties that the understaffed employees didn't feel like doing. Was an overall horrible stay for the price of the room. Do not go here folks.

Disliked: Was given 2 different rooms and neither were clean. Both floors were obviously not swept and dirty towels were found in both closets. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding. I'm sad to see a beautiful hotel go to crap.
