Liked: Location was great
Disliked: My entrance was used as a teaching moment. Which is ok. But I was on the road for more than 8 hours. I get training is necessary. But I would like to be informed prior to. Check in should have been 5 minutes. When it took me 15 minutes..

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. The floor was not swept. The inside if the fridge was dirty and had rotten food. The bathroom mirror was filthy, along with the sink and tub. The shower did not drain properly so we had to shower in a puddle. The coffee machine was on the floor under the desk/table. And there wasn't enough toilet paper for my stay. Very gross. I don't recommend and would not book this hotel ever again.

Please stay away from this...

Liked: I did not like anything about this property the place needs a complete renovation the location was good. For the price for 1 night I deserve a full refund as the visit to this place is a dump and the owners needs to do better. They can open this place for homeless people who needs a place to stay not for guests visiting the city
Disliked: There was something dead behind the bed and the bedding was horrible looks like old mildew or blood stains from years ago had a bad odor like smoke smell the price was not worth it. There is no way I would have eaten breakfast at this place when the room i stayed in had a DEAD animal behind the bed I took pictures and plan to send them to corporate for a full refund this place is a place for people living on the streets

I will not be back...

Disliked: Lady at the front desk was rude. She tried to belittle me because I didn't know the differences between your process devices. I used my charge card on one device and followed prompts. Well, how was i supposed to know I'd then have to follow prompts from a tablet (different device)? She said "don't you know what a tablet is"... my response was NO. THAT WAS COMPLETELY UNNECCESSARY
