Please do not go to this hotel. False advertising, ghetto, and horrible customer service.

Liked: Nothing really.
Disliked: The complimentary breakfast because you had to go next door to eat and it was only 3 food items included. I asked for toast and was charged $5.40. The staff was looking totally unprofessional and the swimming pool was totally destroyed and looked horrible. I was so glad to checkout because I was truly disappointed and unsatisfied.

I do not plan on...

Liked: Location convenient to airport
Disliked: There was a strong smell of marijuana upon entering front door. Able to hear he?ll noises easily from the room. There is a free shuttle to the airport but an additional cost to park the car which is not clearly indicated when making the reservation online.

I would not comeback.

Liked: Employee were all nice.
Disliked: The first room heater did not work properly just blew cold air no heat at all. The second room was a little better but when I went to use the bathroom the toilet wasn?t clean, and the bathtub wasn?t clean either. So I took a wash cloth and shampoo given, and washed the tub myself before showering. Also cleaned toilet as well before using. They were going to send me to a third room due to the tub was leaking downstair unit below my room but I decided to leave instead. Also I don?t smoke and that?s all I smelled if the heater wasn?t on or stops at a certain level then comes back on.

For the price compared to...

Liked: Location. Close to airport. Shower pressure was nice
Disliked: Very dirty inside room. Stains on sheets and bedspread; looked like blood or food stains. floor in room was dirty.

Liked: Location was perfect...close to airport...free shuttle
Disliked: Phones did not work...no waku up call function...TV was tiny...car rental place stereo blasting all night...hard to sleep

I would spend more to...

Liked: The front desk staff and shuttle drivers were very pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: The place is very run down and the room felt old and badly in need of an updating. The outer cover of the bed and the desk chair felt dirty and the overall room did not have a feeling of cleanliness.
