Quality Hotel

Very low quality

Liked: Location was as listed, close to the airport.
Disliked: I booked here for 3 reasons, close proximity to the airport, a shuttle from airport to hotel and breakfast included. The location was good. The shuttle did come and pick us up from the airport, but when we arrived at the hotel, the shuttle driver dumped my bags in the middle of the road in front of the hotel and drove off. I had 4 duffel bags so my son and I had to get them out of the road and bring them to the curb one at a time. While we were at the curb with one bag, someone drove on the road and ran over our bags, damaging several items inside. I don't know why the shuttle driver couldn't have at least put our bags on the curb preventing this from happening. Also, when we asked about the breakfast that was listed in the ad for the hotel when we booked, they said they do not have breakfast there and I would have to go somewhere else to buy breakfast if I wanted it. Getting into the room, there were broken glass lightbulbs attached to the light sockets, clumps of hair on the carpets and the bed sheets had lots of hair on them. I'm not sure if they were cleaned or not, the room definitely wasn't vacuumed. I would not stay at a Quality Inn again based on my experience.

Liked: For me is the worse hotel I have been, the black woman sounds like racist, very bad customer service, when I close to her ask something,she act very bad while treating other people very good, what's going on with her? if I paid to be there with my son, so she's black she don't like black, I don't understand, I suggest you put in everything you do promotion you accept white people, like that when someone is black,that person can chose another hotel, that is discrimination cause you are in USA, THAT MEANS YOU MANAGE ALL THE WORLD WHEN YOU WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, when we arrive in the afternoon everyone was nice to US, but in the morning that woman who worked there was very bad, I ask where is the breakfast please ,she answer no breakfast this morning, sooooo baaaad, when I reserved,I see what we have included, for me is not problem if we buy food, but the way she acted make me feel bad, that is the worse experience i have I. Disliked: Old hotel and room with dirty carpet, dusty pillow, dirty and moldy bathroom, air conditioning with a bad smell, I paid for 3 nights and only stayed 1 night, if you have allergies never go to this hotel
