Liked: Staying at this Quality Inn was labor intense! I had to walk literally a 1/4 of a mile to get, ice, use a microwave. The lighting in the room is horribly intense. It's mostly rundown and very old. The staff couldn't find creamer for coffee, which is totally ridiculous since the only good thing in the room was a coffee pot. I was told someone would bring me creamer, it never happened. I've stay in many hotels, this one isn't really a 3 star, but, I'll give it that for the price a d location only. They should also leave a blanket in the room. Not a good place really.

My stay was horrible if...

Liked: Nothing absolutely nothing
Disliked: The property was horrible. In my room there were 6 exposed lightbulbs with no lamp shade. The shower did not work properly. The tv only had 3 channels that were working and they all were ESPN. I asked the front desk desk for assistance with the TV but no one ever came. The air conditioner was working horribly. It was loud I could barely sleep with it on. The staff was rude and not helpful at all. The mattress on the bed had to be at least 10 years old. I could feel the springs while laying on it.

Liked: I loved the customer service, price, and location.
Disliked: The areas in public view looking trashed like the open area that looks like it was an area for housekeeping looked DISGUSTING near the ice machine on the 4th.

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Liked: I didn't like anything about this Hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like that the new owners barely spoke English, and when you said something they couldn't understand, they spoke in their native language. They didn't have any good customer service. They had a horrible breakfast, and a staff member stood in the area while you ate as if you were prisoners. When I was leaving, they stopped me and told me I couldn't take my apple and banana out of the eating area because they are not a takeout service. I asked for directions to get to Franklin Field for the Penn Realays they could not help and had no idea. I found hair in my tub, someone's inhaler in my room under the curtains, and the "fresh towels" had stains and dirt marks. When I asked for new towels and rags front desk told me I had to come down and get my own. The bed was horrible. I woke up with my body and back hurting. This is the worst hotel I've been to in a long time. If it were up to me, I would want a refund. I am an out-of-town guest and was treated very poorly and would NEVER come back here EVER!!!
