Liked: I stayed at this hotel for five nights during a business trip, choosing the Family Room-the best available at the time-to ensure extra comfort and space, even though I was traveling alone. The hotel appears modern and well-maintained, with welcoming common areas and generally VERY courteous and prepared staff.THE STUFF at reception is the main positive of the hotel, without them it is a 3 or 2 star hotel.

The hotel appears modern and well-maintained, with welcoming common areas and generally courteous staff.However, from a 4-star property-especially for longer stays and when booking a higher-category room-I expected some essential services that, unfortunately, were missing:No kettle or tea/coffee set in the room: It was not possible to make a simple cup of tea or coffee in the room, which I consider an essential detail in this category of hotel.Breakfast below expectations: At breakfast, there was no cappuccino, espresso, or hot milk available-options that are now standard even in many lower-category hotels.Disappointing room view: Despite booking a Family Room at the “Quality Hotel View,” my room faced the back of the building, which was rather plain and not very pleasant.Minimal bathroom amenities: The room lacked both hair conditioner and a vanity kit-accessories that should not be missing in a 4-star hotel.No wardrobe: There was no real wardrobe to store business suits, just a few hangers, which is insufficient for guests staying several days who need to keep formal clothes organized.Inflexible breakfast hours: Breakfast ends at 9:30 am on weekdays (only until 10:30 am on weekends), which is inconvenient for business travelers like myself who may have varying schedules.
