Disappointing. Very basic for a...

Liked: The location is good, close to excellent restaurant options. The reception staff are professional and friendly.
Disliked: I stayed in what I assume is an annex, not the main building. Room was very very basic. No kettle, no amenities. Soap dispenser in shower broken. I would expect the means to make tea or coffee in the room.

Poor

Liked: Good complete breakfast and nice location. Very friendly staff.
Disliked: Exremely outdated rooms with a batroom that is not up to standards (seems to be from the 80s).

Very good

Liked: nicely located next to the water and nearby restaurants and short walk to the town centre.
Disliked: bathroom is a bit small and wet room concept leaves the whole floor soaked after you leave, meaning next visit = wet feet again.

Nice hotel at nice location...

Liked: Nice location right on the water.Very good breakfast. Excellent choice of food.Reception helped finding cheaper places to park the car, avoiding the expensive One-park garage under the hotel.
Disliked: Maybe inform guests of room-heating (in winter). Room was a bit cold until we found the wall-mounted unit.
