Convenient location

Liked: Good location, close to tram therefore close to the city. Spacious room. I was given an accessibility room, which meant large bathroom. The staff was kind and apologized in advance for the crowds. Breakfast was good too.
Disliked: The hotel was very crowded. Spent too much time waiting for elevators- I am writing this entire review while waiting for the elevator. Breakfast hall is massive to support the crowd, but it was a bit messy; come early.

Liked: The bed was so comfy and the breakfast
Disliked: The amount of people in the breakfast area, as there was no available seats so I had to sit in the lobby.Also no cooler with drinks in the room.

Disliked: Restaurant could change the menu sometimes :)Located in the business/industrial area, but easy to get to Gothenburg city with the tram.
