Liked: Staff and service were amazing. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and serviced well. Wifi was great.
Disliked: Basic room facilities for an upgrade to business suite. Photos look bright and fresh online. Room was dark and balcony was not what I was expecting to be able to sit outside, it was too small. No heating of food and no utensils when restaurant had limited menu as it was quiet. Getting a bit old and outdated. They do say they are upgrading. Otherwise room was spacious and bathroom was clean. Photos online need to reflect the room a bit more.
