Liked: Our flight was delayed so we ended up arriving after reception had closed, staff were absolutely amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was sensationalRooms very clean and comfortable

Worst staff,rude and mannerless spoiled...

Liked: If I could give a zero star I would as that is what they deserve.Our room air conditioner wasn’t cooling,we waited for 2 hours and when the room got unbearably hot and suffocating I called the reception.The front office Irene on duty spoke rudely without even trying to listen what the problem was and hang up the call on me.Few mins later a lady was sent to our room who had zero manners, Attitude to the highest level and spoke to us like it was our problem that the AC is not cooling.Few mins later Irene came to our room and behave like we were from the streets and this room was given to us for free in a big favour.We were so upset by their behaviours we stayed in the room with the AC not working.At night the weather got cold and the Aircon not functioning well couldn’t heat up the room, my kids felt so cold my son peed in his clothes.I am writing all this to give a wake up call to the owners of this place to understand and realise how their staff are actually behaving and treating their guests.Would never return to this hotel not recommend it to anyone.
