Liked: Ease of access, room was big
Disliked: Floor was dirty. It looked really clean, but i spilled water on the floor, and when i cleaned up, the poor white rag was BLACK. Plus, the $15 charge PER animal is excessive. Other places I've stayed was one charge for all animals. And absolutely needing a credit card to stay is ridiculous when paying beforehand

It was the worst place...

Liked: just the breakfast was acceptable; the rest was disgusting
Disliked: It was not clean; the heating system was not working. I got itchy while sleeping that night, which was definitely because the sheets and bed were not clean; I didn't have a comfortable night at all.

Great value for money!

Liked: Easy to access from the highway. Easy parking (but it's outdoors so if it snows you may have to clean it off). Spacious room. Very comfortable bed. #18 bus passes right in front and takes you to Sherbrooke University. Nice staff. Great price and good value for money. The included breakfast is good: eggs, toast, potatoes, choice of meat. You can get something else from the menue with a $7 discount.
Disliked: The important areas were clean. The bathtub and sink were gleaming. But you could see dust, etc. on the ceiling and some corners.

Liked: Onsite attached breakfast restaurant. really nice, large room, kinda quirky and we liked it a lot.
Disliked: We had a ground floor room with accessTo the outside as we were traveling with our dog this was perfect. We got settledIn , and then the trouble began.. The condenser came on with a Deafening grinding . We were awake off and on all night. My apples watch even picked up the “dangerous decibels “ .We were told because of the dog, our original reservation was changed and only limited rooms per friendly rooms were available . In the morning early, the deskClerk was disinterested. Actually, I want my money back for this stay, it was that bad. As much as we liked the room, bedding, everything else, NOT sleeping was pretty awful.
