Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

Polite and courteous staff.

Liked: Close to Rapids Theatre.
Disliked: Not too much around open or restaurants.

We found several beer caps in the room, one of which my son stepped on barefooted and cut his foot. There were also dirty Q-tips on the floor alongside the bed from someone cleaning their ears. Although dated, the rest of the hotel was clean. I would have the room maids step up on their job however.

Liked: Staff was professional and friendly and made it easier to overlook the lack of cleanliness.
Disliked: Room was dirty.

Disliked: The hidden payment, when i did the booking on this website, I thought i paid the full price including the tax, but when trying to check in they add 60$ over the payment as “ extra fees “, and the bed wasn’t clean we had to use traveler sheets and covers for the pillow we brought it with us

Disliked: Our bathroom had hair on the floor. Who ever cleans the rooms needs to make sure they vacuumed around the air conditioner and check behind the tv. Other than that it was in a great location.
