Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

Polite and courteous staff.

Liked: Close to Rapids Theatre.
Disliked: Not too much around open or restaurants.

We found several beer caps in the room, one of which my son stepped on barefooted and cut his foot. There were also dirty Q-tips on the floor alongside the bed from someone cleaning their ears. Although dated, the rest of the hotel was clean. I would have the room maids step up on their job however.

Liked: Staff was professional and friendly and made it easier to overlook the lack of cleanliness.
Disliked: Room was dirty.

Liked: The location was great. We could reach almost everything in walking distance.
Disliked: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom stank and was moldy. When we asked for another room we only got the answer that they were fully booked. Someone came to spray the scent, which helped for 5 minutes. The windows were leaking and it rained in. Breakfast was served in the Papas John restaurant. Dirty and not nice for children.

Disliked: When we arrived, the front desk told me I had no reservation — even though it was prepaid. They refused to give me the room unless I paid again. It was nighttime, so I had no choice unless I wanted to sleep on a bench. The receptionist was rude and unwilling to help resolve the problem, and the manager was “always unavailable” when I asked for a refund.Our shower drain was clogged, and when we asked for another room, they offered one that smelled strongly of smoke. We decided to stay in the original room, showering while standing in water.Breakfast felt like a chaotic competition for food.Overall, don’t waste your money here — there are far better places in Buffalo to create good memories.

Disliked: Cleanliness of hotel, smell of hotel, was not able to check in at first sent me to another hotel 20 minutes away to learn i was booked at this hotel, a/c stopped working, was hair in elevator, breakfast was make ur own waffles if you could get to it and apples, staff acted like you were a burdon
