Quality Hotel & Suites At The Falls

Polite and courteous staff.

Liked: Close to Rapids Theatre.
Disliked: Not too much around open or restaurants.

We found several beer caps in the room, one of which my son stepped on barefooted and cut his foot. There were also dirty Q-tips on the floor alongside the bed from someone cleaning their ears. Although dated, the rest of the hotel was clean. I would have the room maids step up on their job however.

Liked: Staff was professional and friendly and made it easier to overlook the lack of cleanliness.
Disliked: Room was dirty.

Overall it was ok

Liked: They have 2 different types of places to eat and a bar. It was close to Niagara Falls like 15 minutes walking
Disliked: The first room that they gave me the bathroom

Liked: Comfortable, clean, free breakfast and close to the Rainbow Bridge to walk across. Pet friendly
Disliked: Breakfast needed more variety of meat
