Liked: Room was big and comfortable for our family. The open shelving/wardrobe. The simple and fresh decoration of the bathroom. The reception area with coffee and game table was really a big hit; the same with pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Breakfast had a lot of variety; especially appreciated for the sake of my daughter who is very picky with food.
Disliked: I think it would be good to refreshen up at least some parts of the hotel for example the pool and jacuzzi area, the walls and doors where there were broken or worn out parts. I dont know if it was possible to heat the pool; it was a bit on the colder side.

Liked: Staff was really friendly and helpfull, location was perfect for our trip
Disliked: Relax area was bad, it looked old and not clean enough, there was children screeming and jumping, there was even trash on ground. Super bad

Disliked: There was no iron, kettle, or refrigerator in the room. The chrome didn't work, the bathrooms smelled like sewage, and when we complained, a cleaning staff member came up and then insulted us in their language, not knowing if we understood. When we arrived, they didn't give us any information about where things were. They didn't ask me if I was a member and there was apparently a discount on the parking, but I found out on the last day, and they didn't do anything about it.
