Quality Hotel Pond

Staff walked in on us.

Liked: It had a good breakfast the beds were comfortable
Disliked: During our stay, we asked for our room NOT to be cleaned and as we were sleeping a hotel cleaning staff member came into our room. We were asleep and I woke up and shouted hello, and then they left immediately while apologizing. Later found it was a guy on the sixth floor doing the cleaning. Made the rest of the stay very uncomfortable.

Disliked: That I could not stay longer and visit the beach.

Liked: The girl in the reception at my arrival was so incredibly kind! Really made my day. I think her name was Karoline. I hope you give her a good raise because she most certainly deserves to be treated well for the way she treats her customers!
Disliked: The toilet was not cleaned and had very visible urine stains. The rest of the room seemed cleaned.

Liked: Friendly staff, good breakfast and hotel and room were of high standard.
Disliked: No USB ports in the room

Nice stay

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. It was a clean and comfortable place. Very helpful staff. Public transport is near.
Disliked: The bed had two mattress for some reason and the first one always slipped off. I would have liked a kettle in the room.
