Disliked: I had a late check in at 7:30pm on Sunday after driving 8 hours and when I arrived the reception was in darkness and no one around.Luckily I found a contact number to call and was told my room card was in a machine on the wall at the front of reception outside. I was given a pin number to put in the machine and it didn't work numerous times; another guest was also waiting for her key.25-20 mins later someone arrived and found the machine was not dispensing as it should so had to un-lock reception and get things sorted. Waiting in 10 degrees wind was not pleasant..

Liked: Great layout of room. The cleanliness was great and staff were friendly.
Disliked: Parking was extremely difficult to obtain and if I were to park on the street behind the hotel, the gate locking would make it difficult to get back in.
