Excellent location and lovely views...

Liked: Location was excellent for the boat trips we were doing while in Tutukaka. Room was a good size with a good view over the marina. Several good eateries also within easy walking distance, we didn't actually eat at the hotel bar during the stay.
Disliked: We booked a marina view room with balcony and checked this the day we arrived in Auckland (2 days before our stay in Tutukaka). Unfortunately we had no proof of this as by the time we checked in the booking had changed to an accessible room - still with marina view but without a balcony - something we would never have booked as we have no need for an accessible room and were disappointed not to have a balcony.
