We chose the hotel as...

Liked: The breakfast was good and convenient being on premise.The location is close to highway so easily accessible.The staff were friendly.Unfortunately the hotel is very dated and run down!
Disliked: Although the rooms were clean,the furniture was badly stained and the sink had weird permanent brown marks on the white porcelain.

Not recommended if you’re traveling...

Liked: They work with police to provide the video footage to find out who stole my car in their parking lot
Disliked: Be careful, My car was stolen inside their parking garage. The perpetrator broke the sunroof of my car and got inside the car and stole it. They had a live camera but no one noticed when the car was taken.

Liked: They should be clear up front about what guests should expect e.g. room service: No
Disliked: Not very clean and very far from downtown. A bit challenging if don’t have a car but manageable by public transport which is great.
