Liked: Front staff that evening was a great help trying to get us a place to eat. Very friendly and professional.

Liked: Everything was neat and clean, and the staff was very accommodating and polite.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and gave me great tips for my transportation with my vehicle.
Disliked: The bed was not too comfortable but it was ok. The bed sheets could also be improved to something better. Breakfast was also overpriced for what we got.

Liked: Had to leave very early, so no breakfastI was surprised there was not even a small cafeteria or bar where to have something to eat

Disliked: We were told that the water bottles were complimentary, but later we were charged for them without any prior notice. We clarified this at the reception during checkout, and they assured us we wouldn't be charged. However, the charge still appeared on my credit card after we checked out and left the city, which felt quite unprofessional. We even tried calling afterward to clear things up, but they kind of ignored the calls by saying call later , will let you know etc …
