Practical hotel for visiting Oslo
Liked: Rooms were practical and comfortable
Disliked: No kettle facilities but they provided one when asked. Overzealous and unfriendly waiting staff at breakfast. Took away my unfinished hot tea & breakfast at table despite leaving rucksacks while we were fetching more food.

Great, but a bit misleading
Liked: The whole hotel is so modern and clean. We loved our room, it was enough to fit our whole group without any problem
Disliked: We experienced a persistent issue with a particular receptionist (unfortunately, we didn't note his name).Firstly, we had arranged an early check-in with hotel staff and confirmed this with them several times beforehand. We were assured our booking was marked accordingly. Honestly, when arriving on a 5 am flight, you're willing to pay almost anything for the opportunity to freshen up and change clothes, so this was a priority for us.However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed us they couldn't accommodate an early check-in and that we would have to wait. We asked him to call us as soon as a room became available. No one called. It seemed he just wanted us to leave the reception area, because we eventually got into our room around 2:30 PM (half an hour before the standard 3 PM check-in), suggesting it had been available for some time. This was despite specifically asking him to call us when guests checked out so we could plan our day.A similar issue occurred the following day (Monday) when we needed to leave early for the airport. The hotel advertises an 'early bird' breakfast starting at 5 am. We asked the same receptionist if it would be possible to have it slightly earlier, as we needed to leave by 5 am. He assured us we could have breakfast from 4:30 am. The next morning, when we went to the restaurant, we were told, 'Sorry, our early bird breakfast only starts at 5 am; we cannot accommodate you right now.'We don't understand why this particular receptionist couldn't provide us with straightforward, honest answers. His misinformation definitely worsened our stay, forcing us to change our plans abruptly and inconveniently.
