Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful with absolutely everything. The breakfast even contained a full allergy section which included gluten free options and dairy free options which I was very grateful for! Toilets were available on practically every floor, the lobby, the restaurant and the conference. There were games to play in the lobby too! We loved our room, it was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable, even though it was a room with no window we had a sky light!
Disliked: Our experience was perfect, we had friends staying in another room and they had issues with key cards and other things like that so that was the only negative we came across.

Liked: I personally did not feel the staff were very nice or ready to go the extra like.The room was very neat though
Disliked: I appreciate when the staff go the extra mile to make you feel welcome and do an effort to find solutions when needed. I definitively did not get the impression from the staff at the Venus

exactly as hoped for

Liked: breaktast was excellent, large selection.Rooms were bit tiny with 4 beds but doable with being a bit flexible.The location at Solna railway station made travel to the center of Stockholm easy and efficient.
Disliked: There could have been dedicated free parking at the hotel, now it was using the parking lot of Strawberry Arena with EasyPark as available space.

Nice hotel for family with...

Liked: The rooms and bathrooms were nice, tidy and clean. The breakfast was absolutely perfect, good selection of all kind of foods. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.
Disliked: Because of some event in Strawberry Arena almost all the parking places close to the hotel was closed, so we needed to leave the car about 10 min walk from the hotel. It is strange arrangement that this size of hotel does not have sufficient number of parking places independently from events outside the hotel.
