Disliked: Where to begin.The man on reception was very arrogant and rude.The room was dirty, wallpaper ripped off the walls, rips in the nets, and stained all over the curtains. The towl was missing, only the fixtures left on the wall. The tap was faulty and ran all night, and the bathtub was rusted. corroded with brown stains.

Liked: I like the location that it is nearer to the falls and breakfast is included. Food was great but not that much though. Staffs are friendly except that one guy at the front desk.
Disliked: It was like expectation versus reality. Way too different from the photos. Furnitures were old. Sink was too low, clogged and weird. Too much pressure with the shower. Floors especially in the washroom was too filthy. Curtain was weird as well. Breakfast at 8am is too late.
