Better to avoid if you...

Liked: We got the room type we had reserved.
Disliked: At check in there was a massive crowd due to multiple touring cars delivering their guests. During summer time this hotel hosts hundreds of tourists who make a Norway tour. We got a room just above the parking for touring cars which was very noisy. You have to pay for the parking as well. We had to wait 30 mins at the restaurant, but no free drinks were offered. The breakfast is mere hell with 700 people around.

Disliked: Terrible Experience - Hot Water Issues and Poor Customer ServiceI had an absolutely horrible experience during my stay. The shower water in my room was cold and wouldn't get warm until after 12:30 AM. I normally shower before 10 PM, but that night I couldn't follow my usual routine due to the complete lack of hot water.When I contacted the front desk, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive. They simply told me to wait and avoid showering during "rush hours," but couldn't give me any specific timeframe for when the hot water would return. Their only suggestion was that if the water was still cold around midnight, I should just shower the next morning instead. When I asked what I should do if the problem persisted the next day, they had no answer.I waited until midnight with no improvement - the water remained cold. Finally, I had to use the shower in the hotel gym, which was in appalling condition. The drain was almost completely blocked, there was no lighting, and there were no curtains on the windows for privacy. It was a terrible experience that didn't end until 12:30 AM.This late night disrupted my entire sleep schedule, giving me a very bad headache the next day and completely ruining my second day of travel. For 1,200 DKK per night, this level of service and these facilities are absolutely unacceptable!!!
