Liked: Room was clean & comfortable. Obviously recently refurbished. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Great location, great room.

Liked: The location and the facilities were perfect.
Disliked: We came back from town after the first day, only to find out we have been locked out of our room. I went to the reception to enquire and was told they thought we were staying for one night. My question is, we left for town after 1 pm that day. Surely the staff saw us leaving without our luggage. Surely, if we had checked out, they would know.

Liked: Everything was good, a little more pressure in the shower would be preferred, parking should be free for residents especially when the car park is empty

Exceeded all expectations.

Liked: I was apprehensive from the previous reviews and was not expecting much. I was however, very pleasantly surprised. My room was spotless. It was newly decorated and had a new carpet. All the staff were lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.
Disliked: £5 charge to park car overnight..The exrerior appearance of hotel and car park are not very welcoming. I arrived after dark and couldn't easily identify which set of steps led to the reception.
