Liked: Bathroom was very nice, separate area for shower and toilet. Lvp floor were very nice, and nice corner to set pack n play away from the room vent.
Disliked: Luggage carts were hard to maneuver. Breakfast ends at 9:30.

Disliked: Our experience at this hotel was disappointing. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and, instead of assisting calmly, asked in a rude tone, “Are you sure your reservation is for this hotel?” Another staff member had to help her locate it.The next morning at 11:00 a.m., we received a call asking if we were paying for late check-out. I thought check-out was at 12, but since we were nearly ready, we left by 11:10. No extra charges were made, but again, the interaction felt unwelcoming.The hotel is also very noisy—you can clearly hear sounds from other rooms. Not a great stay overall.
