Liked: The hotel staff were all marvelous. They let us feel welcomed .There are available outdoor parking spaces .
Disliked: Cleanliness is definitely an issue .

Heater broke

Liked: Front desk and location are excellent. As always this hotel chain is always good. Great value This is now the only chain my crew and I use. We used to use Western and IHG. Not worth the money. Beds and good size tv. What else can you ask for after a hard days work. Keep it up guys. And the flavour water at front reception is always fresh and cold. Cheers.
Disliked: The heater in my room would not work properly. I did not inform the staff. As I was only there for 1 night ,this time. The breakfast buffet could use more fruit. Maybe some bananas but other than that. Very good. Lady working there very helpful and friendly.

Amazing! No complaints

Liked: Staff was amazing and super friendly! Helped with whatever we needed with no issues. The hotel itself was outstanding from the complimentary breakfast to the swimming pool. Was clean and just incredible. Nothing bad to say, thinking about making it a yearly trip to visit

Liked: I have stayed here a few times and always been very happy
Disliked: I unfortunately booked through 3rd party in January. For some reason my booking was not showing. I had my confirmation number and email. After 30 plus minutes standing waiting for front desk clerk to get us a room. The clerk gave us the key and said he would have to come to our room to get signatures. I get a call from him to go up to desk.We were disappointed to be in the basement with a sad looking room with dirty windows.Adding insult I received a $5.00 charge on my credit card for incidentals.Terrible end of a wonderful day

Liked: The beds were very comfortable, the room was clean & had the room we needed for 3 people. The staff were veryfriendly & helpful & I would come back again. The pool was a bonus as was the hot breakfast.
Disliked: Not many TV channels & there was some error so I couldn`t get on to Netflix
