Lovely stay, would recommend for...

Liked: Great location. Take bus C directly from outside Bordeaux Saint Jean and alight at the second-last stop (about 15 mins). Very centrally located, great room size, helpful staff, refillable self-help sparkling and still water station, housekeeping staff was super efficient and thorough. Reasonable room rates.
Disliked: The toilet in the room had a very strong pee smell that didn’t go away even after housekeeping.

Liked: It’s centrally located. The general areas were clean and nicely decorated. The staff were helpful. They also have a water cooler where you fill up your glass bottles and take them up to your room, no plastic bottles needed. We were around the side and it was almost noiseless.
Disliked: The bathrooms were tiny. But the separate toilet was ideal. The aircon wasn’t very effective.

Liked: The location was very central, right off the pedestrian shopping street. The staff was very friendly, easy checkin and out. The rooms were relatively small, but very nice. I can certainly recommend this hotel.
