Amazing!

Liked: The hospitality was outstanding. Breakfast was incredible. And the professionalism throughout was truly refreshing. I am genuinely grateful to each member of the staff who elevated the entire experience to a level of comfort I could not have imagined.What stood out most, though, was the dignity and character each person carried; something that feels harder and harder to find, especially in the United States, unless you are prepared to pay three times the price.

Liked: The desk attendants were both great!! Jorge waited on us for dinner and was wonderful! Very polite, cheerful and helpful!! The rooms were roomy and well equipped- very nice!!!

Passable

Liked: Generally speaking the hotel is satisfactary, the breakfast is good.
Disliked: The room is not clean. It seems that they have never cleaned under sofa and bed. When I bent over and looked under furnitures, I saw a thick layer of dirt all over the places. And there is no tea bags provided.
