Quality Airport Hotel Gardermoen

An excellent hotel.

Liked: Everything. Even the food at the restaurant was good. But it’s the staff that always makes for a pleasant stay and they were the best, from the front desk to the waitstaff. Fantastic. That you especially to Ida and Jay(?)…Jay helped me straighten out an issue with DFDS ferries and improved my trip 100%. And Ida was able to change my reservation very easily via email. Perfect. Thank you!

Cleanliness is the most important...

Disliked: When we entered the room, we were very surprised by how dirty the bathroom was. There was hair on the floor (not ours) even before we had used it for the first time. I had to ask twice for the bathroom to be cleaned. After the first request, no one came to clean it the whole day. After the second, a cleaner arrived, but he didn’t speak English and started “fixing” the shower, which was working fine. He clearly didn’t understand what he was supposed to do. In the end, he just spread the hair around the bathroom and left. And after all that, the shower actually broke.We came for work and needed to charge our devices, but there were no power sockets near the beds, and overall, there simply weren’t enough outlets in the room.
