Quail's Nest Inn & Suites

Basic but clean facility. Nice seeing the indoor pool open. Very prompt, polite staff! Quiet and safe parking area. We recommend the Quails Nest for a nice, inexpensive hotel close to Ozarks Amphitheater.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: I was able to bring my pets with me. The employees I spoke with were wonderful.
Disliked: The curtain in our room was broken and there was a missing light bulb. There was no refrigerator or microwave in the room. The bathtub didn't drain properly.

Will NEVER - NEVER go...

Liked: The office staff took care of the problems in a way. The cleaning staff and office staff the 2nd day were great
Disliked: We were put in 2 different rooms. The 1st night was spent in a room with no phone, a 50' extension cord for electricity. Had to go to office for hand towels as there was only one. Then had to go back to office a 3rd time to get a channel guide for the television. I did expect more than Walmart donuts and bagged bagels for breakfast.

Disappointing

Liked: Ate elsewhere
Disliked: Room was musty smelling. Bathroom sink had pink stains. Bed ruffle was torn from bed. Outside door to building was by key entry only. Door was propped open and left that way all night.

Disliked: Very noisy outside. Breakfast was not good

Disliked: Bedroom smelled like cigarette smoke, pillows had yellow stains, two flys were flying around the room, the lock on the door is the same lock that is used for bedroom door at your home not very secure, you could see where the door had been kicked in at one point. To top it off there was no hot water around 7pm the night I stayed.

Passable

Liked: The pools. Though the indoor one needed some air in there.
Disliked: Smoking in the lobby but not allowed in all but 2 rooms. The room was not cleaned well.
