Superb

Liked: A lovely tranquil location in the valley, but within close proximity to Carmel town. Staying here felt like a treat on our American road-trip. Comfy beds, nice pool, delicious dinner on-site.
Disliked: Delayed service at dinner, but the staff were working really hard, so possibly just short-staffed that evening.

It was the best experience...

Liked: The property was amazing. It is beautiful, peaceful, relaxing, and just so well kept.
Disliked: There was nothing about the property that I did not like. The property is perfect.

Liked: Jenny at check-in was amazing! Super friendly and helpful, she gave us a great first impression of the hotel. Really appreciated her warm welcome.

Quail Lodge is our favorite...

Liked: We were upgraded to a beautiful bungalow on the golf course . Room is spacious and comfortable . They recognized our Anniversary and treated us with wine and chocolates, so thoughtful.
Disliked: N/A

More than just a golf...

Liked: Pool area and gym facilities were great. We were delighted by the following surprises - it actually had some restaurants / shops nearby, complementary 'wine hour' each day, family games including a chest set in the lounge, complementary smores kits.

A beautiful relaxing stay to...

Liked: The rooms and golf view was beautiful. Also seeing the lake and water spray.
Disliked: The restaurant food on up to par. Service so so

Great stay! And great value...

Liked: The location was very comfortable and the hotels golf landscapes with pools was great. It has great vibe of tranquility. We enjoyed it so much.
Disliked: When the neighbors above us used the bathroom - filling the bathtub or turning on water , it was so noisy we would wake up - so sound proofing of the plumbing it definitely a point for improvement. But we would still come back the hotel is very very nice. The breakfast menu is quite expensive.
