Liked: The hotel is clean and checkin staff are amazing but they need to review whom they have working in the resturant downstairs. They are short and it feels like they are annoyed you are there.
Disliked: I booked two rooms in the same booking both saying we got an upgrade as we have stayed so manytimes. Only one booking got the room upgrade. The bed felt old and saggy, and the pillows had zero substance. On all the other times we have stayed its been perfect but this trip was disapointing.

Liked: Quirky decor, inclusion and quietness. Dining facilities were great.
Disliked: Sydney weather.

Liked: A truly remarkable experience. Once we were settled in we didn't want to leave the hotel. The most disappointing thing was entering the real world after being in the amazing aesthetic of the hotel.
